The property features 2 100ft private docks separated by a pier on the New River (no fixed bridges). Each dock can handle up to a 95ft yacht, 7-11ft depth (low-high tide), 100amp power, fresh water, and a private entrance. Dock use and availability must be coordinated directly with owners.
