OUTDOOR SPACE:
Enjoy all the beautiful outdoor spaces The Oeste Inn has to offer! The dark bottom pool includes a sun platform and bench so you can enjoy your favorite beverage and watch the boats go by. The pool, has a heater so should want it heated, please let us know in advance (24hrs prior) and we can set to a max temperature of 82.
Our backyard is enormous, throw the football, bird and iguana watch, and lounge under our 100yr old banyan trees. There is plenty of space to soak in the views, from the couch or corner nook on the screened in porch, Adirondack chairs around the riverside fire pit, and even the possibility to catch large fish off the dock!

DOCKS:
– Boat docks are rented separately.
– If you want to bring your boat, please let us know and we can check availability and there is a per foot up charge.
– If there are yachts on the dock, you may see them being maintained, cleaned, or staff entering during your stay but they do not live aboard.
– There is a private entrance for crew & staff on south side of property.

Drive through the canopy covered streets to the front gate of our riverside retreat, gate and door codes will be provide before check in.

Riverside Park is a quaint neighborhood that has a handful of restaurants, tree lined streets, and houses on the river. There is a beautiful little park with a playground, tennis and basketball courts, walk up stone fired pizza restaurant with outdoor dining, and a craft beer cafe within walking distance of the house.

There is public transport both on Davie and Broward Boulevard however, having a car would be the best option.
We are dog friendly and are happy to accommodate your fur family member!
Pet Guidelines (if applicable):
1. Bowls/leash/bed/ball left in the laundry room
2. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee
3. Only 1 dog is allowed on premises (none of a dangerous breed) unless discussed with us in advance
4. Dogs must be taken for walks outside of the property grounds (to utilize the bathroom).
5. If you leave the property your dog needs to be with you or in a crate.
6. Animals are not allowed on the furniture. This protects the bedding and furniture for all future guests.
The neighborhood has 2 parks and a local pub/pizza shop that is pet friendly. There are no sidewalks on the streets (tree lined streets) but we have walked our dog for 4yrs and have never had any problems. If you have any concerns, regarding our pet rules please feel free to reach out to us in advance.
